We heard from a group of leading nonprofits working on a project about unconscious bias and the impact it can have on hiring managers and employers. They wanted to find an innovative way to raise awareness about this important subject. Our plan: we interviewed leaders from companies such as Ernst & Young and Kaiser, and transformed their candid thoughts on hiring people with disabilities into a whimsical animated short. The video now lives on social channels and is used for educating managers and HR professionals.
